Meet the Development Team

Caroline is your main point of contact for everything from events and fundraising to alumni relations. Caroline joined the Development Team in Summer 2024 after a long career running a business in the weddings and events industry. She brings a business minded approach to everything and is an exceptional events planner. Her previous roles have included IT Project Manager, Business Mentor, Wedding Planner, Marketing Officer, Venue Co-ordinator, Contact Centre Manager and many more! She lives in Ipswich with her two teenage children, and outside of Ipswich School, spends time going to the theatre and catching up with friends. In the past year she has taken part in two TV Quiz shows!
Caleb is our brilliant Archivist. There's very little he doesn't know about the history of Ipswich School! Caleb joined the Development Team in 2020, bringing with him a strong background in the museums and heritage sector. Before joining Ipswich School he worked for Colchester and Ipswich Museums Service in a variety of roles and also as a freelance researcher - including for two new Wolsey Theatre productions celebrating ITFC's FA and UEFA cup wins! Outside of work, Caleb is passionate about local history. He has written several books, runs a local history website and produces a podcast: the Ipswich History Podcast. In his spare time, he enjoys seeing family and friends and going for walks in the countryside or by the coast - ideally combining this with a good pub lunch!
Jasmine keeps the office running smoothly behind the scenes and also supports Caroline at many events. Jasmine joined the Development Team in September 2025, after spending time studying and caring for her two young children. She plays a key role in strengthening alumni and community relationships through effective communication, data management, as well as offering event support. Drawing on her background in early years education, administration and psychology, she brings strong organisational skills and a people-focused approach that helps advance and develop the school's development goals and overall alumni connections. Outside of work, Jasmine loves to socialise with her friends and family.
